- Manage the full withholding tax process across multiple jurisdictions
- Identify applicable treaty/statutory rates and prepare exemption forms
- Collaborate with licensors to gather documentation and apply for exemptions
- Monitor and renew tax exemptions in line with country-specific regulations
- Issue withholding tax certificates and communicate changes to licensees
- Review and validate royalty reports submitted by licensees
- Generate and distribute accurate invoices with supporting documentation
- Record and reconcile incoming payments in the ERP system
- Prepare and support internal reports for royalty and payment reconciliations
- Work closely with Finance and Operations to improve systems and workflows
- Maintain accurate and centralized records using document management systems
- Keep communication portals updated with current forms and tax documents
- Assist with quarterly documentation updates and reporting cycles
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, tax, or related finance roles
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACCA, AITI, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Exposure to international withholding tax and royalty processing
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite
- Experience with data/reporting tools such as Power BI
- Work in a fast-paced, global environment with complex, high-value transactions
