Financial Accountant 9 month FTC Accountancy & Finance Dublin 1, Hybrid

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including commentary and variance analysis.
• Perform reconciliations and analysis of balance sheet accounts.
• Conduct monthly review of intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare consolidated management accounts for Irish entities.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage year-end audit engagements and corporation tax return submissions.
• Liaise with the Law Society of Ireland for the timely submission of the annual reporting accountant report.
• Ensure VAT and VIES returns are completed and submitted on time.
• Assist with ad hoc finance projects as directed by the Finance Manager.

• ACA-qualified (or equivalent professional accountancy qualification).
• 1-2 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong academic background with solid technical accounting skills.

• Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with full MS Office suite.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Confident communicator, able to build effective working relationships across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information.
• Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach and desire to learn.
