- Motivate, develop, and lead a passionate events team
- Liaise with couples and event organisers to bring their vision to life
- Work closely with the senior team to grow and develop our product offering
- Help shape the future of The Inn at Dromoland’s events business
- Experience in hospitality or event operations at supervisory or management level
- Have 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management/Supervision
- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering high standards
- A passion for guest experience and creating memorable events
