  • Own the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and retention.
  • Partner with leadership to shape culture and drive engagement.
  • Lead training programmes and manage HR systems and policies.
  • Support workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance.
Ideal Profile:
  • 5+ years in HR
  • Comfortable in a stand-alone role
  • Strong communicator, highly organised, and solutions-focused.
  • Must have hands on working Irish employment law experience.
