- Lead service development, including new services and enhancements to existing centres.
- Manage working relationships, including PICs, MDT, HIQA, HSE & TUSLA.
- Oversee governance, compliance, and workforce planning across centres.
- Ensure full compliance with HIQA regulations, legislation, and organisational policies.
- Drive continuous quality improvement through audits, inspections, and action plans.
- Contribute to strategic management and support organisational development projects.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively and efficiently in consultation with Finance.
- Train and develop staff in partnership with HR.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships with service owners, families, and funders.
- Investigate and resolve complaints and service issues in a professional manner.
- Champion a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all services.
- QQI L7/8/9 Qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
- Management qualification is desirable.
- 5+ years of management experience in the ID or related sector.
- Act as PPIM for all services within their remit.
- Have a proficient working knowledge of the HIQA Standards and Health Act (2007) and associated regulations and guidance; and knowledge of national policies in the disability sector.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
- Hold a full clean driving license and access to a car.
- Garda Vetting/Police Clearance.
