- Create a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
- Proven experience in retail management in Grocery or Retail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Flexibility to work weekends
