- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and formulate actionable plans.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Set and monitor sales targets to ensure timely achievement of company-assigned sales tasks.
- Regularly analyze sales data, evaluate performance, and implement improvement measures.
- Plan and execute local promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and conferences to showcase company products and expand business networks.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve team goals.
- Provide professional sales training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or B2B industry, with team management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with the Irish market and extensive customer resources and industry connections.
