- Produce budgets and performance against budget reports at funding agreement level.
- Support the Finance Director in updating and implementing financial policies and procedures, including documentation and staff training.
- Contribute to the month-end process, including control account reconciliations, review of accounts receivable and payable, bank and cash management, and cost allocations.
- Assist in the preparation of documents and supporting information for spend-based claims, invoices, grant applications, donation requests, membership, and other funding requirements.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as required, such as the Annual Report, insurance processes, and financial estimates for funding proposals.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent).
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in an accounting role.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and proven ability to deliver accurate reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and financial systems.
- Salary of €50,000.
- 1-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal.
- Standard office hours with early finish on Fridays.
- 21 days annual leave.
- Central Dublin 2 location with excellent Hybrid policy.
