- Managing and developing relationships with existing school clients
- Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities in the education sector
- Understanding each school's ICT requirements and advising on tailored solutions (Wi-Fi, interactive displays, managed support, cloud migration, etc.)
- Collaborating with our engineering and support teams to prepare proposals and deliver value
- Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- 3+ years' experience in a business development or technical sales role
- Proven track record of selling IT systems, AV, or managed services into the education or SME sectors
- Strong technical acumen - ability to confidently discuss ICT solutions with school principals and ICT coordinators
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Mid-West region
- €45,000-€55,000 depending on experience
