- Manage daily site operations across multiple housing phases
- Oversee timber frame installation, site infrastructure, and civils
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Lead programme tracking, site meetings, and lookahead reviews
- Ensure safety documentation and procedures are up to date
- Maintain strong quality control and building standards
- Supervise site logistics, deliveries, and scheduling
- Liaise with design team and respond to on-site queries
- Conduct toolbox talks and enforce HSEQ compliance
- Drive progress to align with staged delivery targets
- 10+ years’ experience in residential construction site management
- Proven background managing high-volume housing schemes
- Strong understanding of timber frame builds highly desirable
- Track record in supervising civil works, finishes, and handovers
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Health & safety awareness with a focus on compliance
- Comfortable working within fast-paced programme environments
- Irish or UK market experience highly advantageous
