- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Sales Account Managers
- Report to the Inside sales management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new campaign offerings
- Experience: 1+ years in software sales.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English as well as Spanish & Italian
- Drive: Highly motivated, target-driven
- Skills: Lead qualification and CRM knowledge, negotiation, communication, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Presentation Abilities: Capable of delivering tailored presentations addressing diverse audience needs.
- Relationship Management: Proficient in relationship management and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
