- Working schedule: 5 days out of 7 (Monday to Sunday), with flexibility required based on business levels.
- Carrying out duty management shifts.
- Provide a consistent high quality and delivery of standards of the hotel with a personalised focussed on our guests.
- Actively involved in all departments in a ‘hands on’ capacity.
- Operational training on a regular basis is carried out.
- Maintaining a visible presence in the Front of House areas.
- To ensure that good communication exists with Senior Management and each department and that you regularly liaise with each department throughout the day to ensure that operations run smoothly.
- Have relevant 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in 4 or 5* star properties in a management capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate.
- Excellent attention to detail.
