- Ensure the effective and smooth operation of your allocated station throughout Breakfast, Afternoon Tea & Dinner Services.
- Good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities and services.
- Food & Wine service in line with Relais & Chateaux and Park Hotel Kenmare's five-star standards of service.
- Anticipate Guest requirements in a positive and professional manner.
- Daily Restaurant Set up and presentation.
- Preparing daily mis en place.
- Cleaning and polishing duties.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage but full training will be provided.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- The ability to work a flexible roster to include bank holidays and weekends.
