Working closely with a dynamic and ambitious team, you will support the execution of growth plans, ensuring Tate's continued leadership in the Data Centre sector. The Sales Manager will focus on identifying new clients and business opportunities within the Data Centre sector. The successful candidate will help the commercial team achieve and exceed their sales and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty are maintained.Key Responsibilities· Identify and create new business opportunities with potential customers.· Work with a cross-functional group including engineers, manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and product management personnel to carry out project requirements in line with new product development processes and systems.· Drive sales through links with industry partners.· Collect market/competitive benchmark data and regularly review with the management team.· Participate in preparing necessary documents for inclusion in tender submissions, including site visits.· Prepare accurate and appropriate specifications for all Kingspan raised access systems and products with local Architectural and design consultancies.· Meet budgets and agreed targets with profitable growth for long-term sustainability.· Ensure effective marketing, offer submission, customer follow-ups, and negotiations leading to the successful acquisition of orders.· Develop new and existing business promoting the company's full range of products to contractors and Architects.· Build strong relationships with new customers and existing clients.· Actively promote products through seminars, promotions, presentations, and exhibitions.· Target competitor-friendly architects and customers to convert projects.· Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building material products, market intelligence, industry trends, and competition in the assigned territory.· Achieve sales targets as set out by the senior management team.· Oversee & organize the various project work streams to ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications, Experience & SkillsEducation:· Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Sales/Marketing or a relevant discipline.Experience:· Extensive and deep experience within the GCC market.· Solid professional experience in a sales role within the construction industry.· Previous data centre sales experience is an advantage.Skills· Exceptional presentation and communication skills.· Proven ability to confidently and positively present at all levels, both internally and externally.· Proven ability to create and maintain positive relationships and a commercial focus while managing multiple projects.Stay connected with us on for insights into life at Tate.Tate is an equal-opportunity employer.
