I am primarily looking for a car mechanic with a Class C licence who will also be expected drive a recovery truck within a busy operation as required. Current CPC essential. The job will be a mix of mechanical work in the garage and recovery driving including tyre changing. Experience an advantage for recovery work, however, training will also be given. An advantage of this type of work is that the job will vary day to day from garage to recovery work so never boring. Extremely busy on recovery and tyre fitting during tourist season so additional paid overtime hours readily available 4 weeks holidays per year plus bank holidays will be banked as holiday days.
