- Reconcile a variety of general ledger accounts according to Corporate Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in month end close activities by ensuring transactions are recorded timely and accurately.
- Assist in the documentation and compliance testing related to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
- Drive process improvements and lead exciting accounting transformation projects to achieve scalability, efficiency, and productivity.
- Local GAAP Accounting on a monthly cycle.
- Prepare Financial Statements for the Statutory Audit Cycle.
- Manage year-end audit and schedule requests of external auditors.
- Work with the Statutory Auditors to close out the Audit in a timely fashion.
- Prepare VAT & other compliance returns on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
- Work cross functionally & build relationships with customer & support groups.
- Ad Hoc projects and analyses.
- Qualified Accountant preferred ( ACA/ACCA/CPA), or European equivalent.
- 1-4 years of accounting experience required.
- Positive demeanor, collaborative, and team oriented. Comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves.
- Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvements.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential. Preferred skills: Power-point, SAP, Power BI, Blackline, Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills.
