We are looking for a Customer Relations Advisor for our well established client based outside Cork City.This role is a permanent contract with added benefits!These roles are due to start in August and are on a rotational roster from 8.30-7pm (each shift falls between those hours).In this role your duties will include:- Answering a high volume of calls- Assisting current customers and new- Providing excellent customer service skills- Maintaining a professional manner and hitting KPIs on a weekly basisWe are looking for candidates who have:- Previous call centre experience- Excellent customer serviceIf you would like to hear more about this role please let me know
