Our client is one of Ireland's largest and most established steel and cladding specialists, delivering high-profile industrial and pharmaceutical projects nationwide. With a strong and growing pipeline of pharma and industrial developments across Dublin over the next 2-3 years, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team on a large-scale pharmaceutical project in South Dublin.Package:

The RoleAs Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.You will coordinate subcontractors, liaise with the main contractor and client representatives, and ensure strict compliance with health & safety and programme requirements on a fast-paced pharma project.Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site activities
Ensure works are delivered in line with programme and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour
Maintain strict Health & Safety compliance
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and client representatives
Monitor progress and report on milestones
Ensure adherence to pharma-specific site protocols

Requirements

8-10 years' experience on large-scale construction projects
Proven experience in a Site Manager role
Experience on pharma or industrial projects highly desirable
Structural steel experience preferred but not essential
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
Trade background and/or 3rd level qualification in Engineering or Construction Management welcome
