- Take full commercial ownership of enterprise accounts
- Convert existing agreements into active revenue
- Build senior-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Develop and execute account growth strategies
- Identify and shape new opportunities within accounts
- Expand footprint across divisions, programmes, and buying centres
- Lead consultative discussions around recruitment, workforce, and transformation needs
- Position higher-value solutions including contractor hiring, managed teams, and project delivery
- Understand client technology priorities and workforce planning requirements
- Run structured intake conversations to generate actionable briefs
- Work closely with recruitment and sourcing teams to ensure delivery excellence
- Maintain high standards of service and client satisfaction
- Enterprise account management or business development experience within IT recruitment, staffing, consulting, or professional services
- Strong understanding of contractor hiring, recruitment delivery, and workforce solutions
- Exposure to technology programmes or transformation projects advantageous
- Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to activate underperforming accounts
- Credible, influential, and trusted by senior stakeholders
- Consultative and commercially driven, capable of shaping client thinking
- Resilient, proactive, and able to navigate complex organisational structures
