organise, attend, and actively participate in stakeholder meetings.
Document important actions and decisions from meetings for future reference.
Prepare engaging presentation materials for meetings.
Ensure timely completion of project deadlines.
Identify and implement necessary project changes.
Provide essential administrative support to the project team.
Undertake project tasks as required to facilitate progress.
Develop effective project strategies and timelines.
Assess project risks and issues, proposing solutions when necessary.
Manage stakeholder views to achieve optimal outcomes.
Chair and facilitate meetings, distributing minutes to team members.
Create a project management calendar to track goals and objectives.
Handle project revenue, invoices, customer purchase orders, and material requests.
What We're Looking For:A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
Valid work visa (EU Citizen, Stamp 1G, Stamp 1, Stamp 4).
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
