- Develop and grow B2B sales for beef stock products across EU markets
- Identify and build new customer relationships in manufacturing, foodservice, and retail supply chains
- Manage the full sales process, including prospecting, presentations, pricing, negotiation, and closing deals
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive retention, repeat business, and growth
- Collaborate with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and technical requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience selling culinary bases / related food ingredients
- Knowledge of EU food manufacturing, ingredients, or B2B foodservice markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Existing network of relevant buyers/decision-makers in EU markets preferred
- Full driver’s license; willingness to travel across EU markets; fluency in English (additional EU languages advantageous)
