• Minimum 1 years' experience in banqueting, events, or hospitality management, ideally within a luxury or high-volume environment
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail

• Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of all the hotels banqueting events, including weddings and private functions
• Lead, support, and develop the banqueting service team to deliver flawless guest experiences
• Liaise with the Events Team, Executive Chef, Head Chef, and other departments to ensure smooth service coordination
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance to meet operational needs
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and health & safety compliance
• Monitor stock, equipment, and room readiness for efficient event turnover
• Respond to guest feedback professionally, implementing improvements as needed
• Support ongoing training to uphold excellence in service and hospitality
