- Minimum 1 years' experience in banqueting, events, or hospitality management, ideally within a luxury or high-volume environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with event schedules
- Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service
- Oversee the planning, setup, and execution of all the hotels banqueting events, including weddings and private functions
- Lead, support, and develop the banqueting service team to deliver flawless guest experiences
- Liaise with the Events Team, Executive Chef, Head Chef, and other departments to ensure smooth service coordination
- Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and performance to meet operational needs
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and health & safety compliance
- Monitor stock, equipment, and room readiness for efficient event turnover
- Respond to guest feedback professionally, implementing improvements as needed
- Support ongoing training to uphold excellence in service and hospitality
