- Experience with Afternoon Tea an advantage
- Perform opening, mid-shift and closing duties complying with operational standards
- Have fun and enjoy your work!
- Have 2 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Hold an in date HACCP Level 2.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry trends
- Excellent creativity, presentation skills and attention to detail.
- Be innovative and creative with menus.
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Have experience in handling pressurised situations and busy kitchens.
