Project Manager – Kildare | Leading Main Contractor€110k-€120k + PackageAn established contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and residential developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in Kildare on a permanent basis.What’s on offer:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to handover
Manage programme, budget, quality, and safety targets
Coordinate teams including subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Chair meetings, ensure compliance, and resolve issues proactively
Monitor progress, track risks, and report to senior leadership

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in a similar role with a main contractor
Strong knowledge of RC frame, MEP coordination, and project delivery
Degree qualified in construction, engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Right to work in Ireland is essential.
