- Supporting global product launches, including timelines, materials, and market readiness
- Assisting in the development of launch briefs and coordination of regional communications
- Coordinating inputs across Marketing, Regulatory, and regional teams to ensure alignment
- Supporting the management of product claims, messaging documentation, and asset libraries
- Assisting with packaging updates and artwork approval processes
- Maintaining product performance dashboards and supporting reporting activities
- Consolidating data and preparing insights to support performance reviews
- Tracking deliverables and ensuring timelines are met across cross-functional teams
- Supporting lifecycle planning documentation and ongoing product updates
- Maintaining accurate product documentation and project tracking tools
- 3-6 years' experience in brand, product marketing, or marketing/project coordination
- Experience supporting product launches, campaigns, or similar initiatives
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Comfortable working with data, reporting, and multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working within structured or regulated environments is advantageous
