An established multinational SaaS technology company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their Dublin-based team. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and supporting the complex IT needs of a fast-paced, global operation.In this role, you’ll gain exposure to both Cloud and on-prem infrastructure, supporting engineering teams and offices worldwide. You’ll provide high-quality tech assistance, resolve complex helpdesk queries, and ensure systems meet the highest standards for security, performance, and compliance. Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in everything from user account administration and endpoint management to liaising with vendors, maintaining network and server infrastructure, and implementing preventative security measures.You’ll also have the opportunity to develop your expertise in Microsoft and Cloud technologies, with exposure to Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Office 365, and more. This role is suited to someone eager to learn and expand their skillset. Experience / Skills Required:
  • 3 + years of experience as an IT Support Engineer
  • Strong experience with L2 & L3 Support
  • Strong experience with the Microsoft Tech Stack (Office 365, Entra ID, Intune, Azure)
