Job Description:Technical Support Engineer Level 1 - MSP Microsoft Partner - Dublin 12Office based role 5 days per week in Dublin 12.Our client, a growing and dynamic MSP based in Dublin 12, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join their technical support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to grow within a fast-paced managed services environment.You’ll work as part of a collaborative helpdesk team, providing frontline support to clients and assisting with day-to-day technical issues. You’ll also receive support, ongoing training, and the opportunity to develop your technical skills further.Key Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact for technical support via phone, email and ticketing systemLog, track and update support tickets with accurate detailProvide support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devicesPerform password resets, account administration and software installationsProvide support for Microsoft 365 and common business applicationsTroubleshoot basic networking issues (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP)Escalate complex issues to Level 2 engineers with clear documentationAssist with onboarding and setup of equipment for new usersWork closely with colleagues in a professional, customer-focused mannerRequirements6–12 months+ experience in an IT Support or Helpdesk roleMust have experience working in an Irish MSP or Microsoft PartnerMicrosoft 365 administration and Active Directory experience is requiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365Basic networking understanding (IP, DNS, DHCP)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to follow procedures, log issues and work to SLAMust be based in Ireland and have a valid visa to work legally to work in IrelandBenefitsBenefits (after probation):Basic salary for this Level 1 IT Support role Euro 32,000 - 38,000Company pension schemeIncome protectionTraining allowance for professional developmentRegular team building eventsStaff discounts on IT hardwareIf you have the required technical support experience within an MSP, send your CV to Stack and Co today.You must be legally permitted to work in Ireland and currently located in Ireland to apply.
