
Client Services Manager

- Lead and support Area Managers and Supervisors.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure service standards through audits and system tracking.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Address service issues and ensure contract requirements are met.
- Participate in audits and client meetings.
- Promote and oversee health and safety standards on client sites.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Support pricing reviews, service expansions, and payroll queries.
- Assist in TUPE processes and employee relations when needed.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in service or contract cleaning industries.
- At least 2 years of team management experience.
- Full, clean driver’s license.
- Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland with flexible hours.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management.
- Experience with KPIs, SLAs, and compliance audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
