Manage a wide range of queries from potential customers by both phone and email
Understand customer requirements and work closely with a team of mortgage advisors to bring clients from enquiry to completion in their mortgage journey
Review mortgage application documentation to ensure all required financial and compliance documents are in place to progress to application
Update the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system daily with new leads and changing status of inflight applications
Managing a pipeline of customers in conjunction within your mortgage advisory sub team
