- Create and implement strategic account plans for key clients, aligning their objectives with our logistics solutions.
- Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for client engagement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for clients within the organisation.
- Advise capability sales to increase probability of closing opportunities
- Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in healthcare logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in global key account management, with demonstrated client retention and growth success in MedTech (Medical devices, diagnostics and equipment).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, logistics software).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Experience with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
