Whether you are progressing through your exams or have recently qualified, you will gain exposure to a diverse client base and enjoy a collaborative environment where your growth is supported.What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing statutory financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Preparing and submitting tax returns (Income Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE)
- Handling bookkeeping and management accounts
- Assisting in audit engagements where required
- Supporting clients with queries and financial matters
- Liaising with Revenue and regulatory bodies
- Staying up to date with accounting and tax legislation
- Supervising and training junior staff (where appropriate)
- ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified or part-qualified
- 2–3 years’ experience in an accountancy practice
- Strong knowledge of Irish tax and accounting standards
- Proficiency with accounting software (Surf Accounts, Sage, Relate, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
- Payroll processing and ROS submissions
- Experience with cloud-based accounting systems
- Previous client-facing experience
