- Achieve individual sales targets through prospecting, up-selling, and cross-selling of Personal Lines, Agri, and Commercial products.
- Provide excellent customer service, dealing with queries and referring technical or unresolved matters to the relevant team member.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, compliance requirements.
- Assist with the overall running of the Sales Office, including administrative tasks and attending events such as marts.
- Contribute to renewal follow-ups, identifying opportunities for additional coverage or rate improvements.
- Assist customers with initial claims notifications in line with company procedures.
- Support Sales Executives and Branch Manager as required and provide relief to other branches when needed.
- APA, or CIP qualification (or near qualification). Assistance will be provided to obtain the required accreditation if needed.
- Previous experience in sales insurance or financial services - is a must.
- Leaving Certificate or relevant third-level qualification.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
