Perhaps you're already acting in a supervisory role but want a new challenge!We're looking for a Team Leader, to be based at our TJX partner site in Dublin, where you will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues within the team are trained in their respective tasks, adhering to Health & Safety rules and procedures, whilst meeting or exceeding operational requirements within the contract.This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 days from 7, between the hours of 08:00 - 17:00. This role requires flexibility as switching from days to nights when in peak is a must.Pay, benefits and more:We're looking to offer a salary of €32,760 per annum. Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels to meet operational requirements and customer priorities
Communicate to shift / team on daily tasks, changes to working procedures, H&S, Audit etc
Complete shift handovers accurately with oncoming / off going Team Leaders & Shift Manager
Update your team on required targets / rates, and accuracy checks, providing training and feedback to colleagues, taking action on poor performance where required

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Experience in leading a team within a fast-paced operation of FMCG, from goods in, to despatch
Experience of working to agreed targets and managing a small team
Well-versed in warehouse management systems
Good working knowledge of current health & safety and compliance legislation
