- Supporting pre-move surveys and post-move follow-ups.
- Prior experience in HHG (household goods) relocations is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple moves simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with international and domestic move processes.
