- Annual Bonus
- Receiving goods inwards.
- Issuing out of parts in a timely fashion.
- Compile list of parts for re-order.
- Manage inventory levels and report as required.
- Stock takes.
- Manage supply constraints , deviations & back orders.
- Liaise with client on deliveries to site.
- Deliver the day to day operations of the stores.
- Operating knowledge of Central Inventory function Systems, SAP, Oracle an advantage but not essential.
- Fully Computer Literate with good attention to detail – knowledge of MS software packages (Excel, Word) would be an advantage.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
- Fluency in English an essential.
- Confident in dealing with Clients and vendors.
- Knowledge of engineering parts an advantage.
