From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Training Specialist to support the ongoing training and development of our EMEA internal and outsourced sales teams, in order to ensure a high-quality experience for our SMB advertisers.
This person will support the identification, creation and delivery of training solutions that help sales teams upskill and support advertisers in unlocking revenue and driving business outcomes.
Our ideal candidate will have sales experience and success; developing and delivering training programs, working closely with sales teams to drive sales engagement and developing scalable learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training as needed to support business objectives
- Work with the quality team and sales leaders to identify training knowledge gaps for internal and vendor training audiences, and suggest solutions that are aligned across regional business requirements
- Continually evaluate training solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability
- Observe sales interactions and collect feedback, results and performance data of trainees after training sessions
- Assist with the development and support of a Learning Management System and other scalable learning solutions
- Work with Learning Experience Designers to produce educational content (e.g. Videos, PPTs, case studies etc.) that can be delivered in a Train the Trainer model (TTT) and/or group environments
- Project Management skills; maintain & update records of training sessions and projects; plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities for training programsQualifications:Minimum qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales training and facilitation in advertising, media or similar industry
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity, with excellent organizational communication & interpersonal skills
- Good understanding and knowledge of the various stages of a sales funnel, conversion rates and sales pipeline activities
- Familiarity with various LMS platforms and other L&D tools
- Ability to deliver technical content with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Have a passion for training, be highly self-motivated with an ability to adapt to changing environment
- As this role frequently presents to global audiences, excellent English written & verbal communication skills is a mustPreferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the "adtech" space; self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
- Any additional EMEA based languages would be a plus
