This role blends administration, accounting support, coordination, and PA-type responsibilities. You will work closely with the management team, supporting day-to-day operations and broader business activities. The position is flexible, remote, and offers exposure to a wide range of tasks. Candidates with technical editing skills for reviewing reports will be at an advantage.Key Responsibilities
- Organise training courses, including logistics, payments, marketing, and booking venues, hotels, and flights (typically 1–2 per year)
- Support invoicing, time tracking, and liaise with external accountants
- Prepare and review reports, including technical edits
- Manage order processing: quotes, orders, and follow-through to completion
- Assist with marketing materials and website content updates
- Liaise with partner companies on pricing, marketing, and shipping
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide general administrative and PA support as needed
- Previous administration experience, ideally with some exposure to accounts/bookkeeping
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- IT proficiency (experience with Zoho is an advantage)
- Flexible approach and willingness to take on varied responsibilities
- Technical editing skills for reports is a bonus
