
Management Accountant – Lismore

- Preparing monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and analysing variances.
- Producing KPIs and performance reports and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Assisting with statutory accounts, tax computations and government reporting.
- Supporting finance systems and process improvements.
- Overseeing and approving payroll, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Providing ad hoc analysis and insight to support strategic decisions.
- Fully-qualified with a recognised professional accountancy qualification (CIMA preferable) with proven experience working in a similar role within a fast paced environment.
- Experience working in the Leisure, Hospitality or Tourism sector would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience with accounting software packages – Sage preferential but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLookups, financial modelling).
- Strong financial reporting, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis and cash reporting is desirable.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation, statutory payments and auto enrolment pensions is desirable but not essential.
