- Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools – Proven experience using Pardot, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Google AdWords, and other marketing software to execute and measure digital campaigns.
- Content Creation and Management – Ability to create engaging, targeted content for various channels, including social media, email, and the company website.
- Construction Industry Experience – Prior experience working in the construction or building materials sector, providing a deeper understanding of the target audience and industry trends.
- Project Management – Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered successfully.
- Data Analysis and Reporting – Proficient in tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives.
- Collaboration and Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work closely with the marketing team, sales, and external partners.
- WordPress and Magento Experience – Familiarity with content management systems and e-commerce platforms to manage the company’s online presence.
- Event Management – Ability to coordinate and execute successful trade show and event participation, from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Salesforce CRM Knowledge – Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems to support lead generation and customer engagement efforts.
- Multilingual Capabilities – Proficiency in additional languages, such as French or German, to support the company’s European operations.
