- Develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Shopping, Meta Ads, affiliates, influencers) tailored for home and USA markets, focusing on ROI, cost-per-acquisition, and new customer acquisition.
- Identify opportunities for new market entry (with an initial emphasis on the USA); analyse local trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to shape go-to-market strategy.
- Localize campaigns, product listings, and merchandising for international audiences: update tone, pricing, shipping, and messaging for the USA and other priority markets.
- Manage CarrollsIrishGifts.com, Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces, collaborating with external partners and internal teams for launches, promos, and omnichannel consistency.
- Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT and advanced search) for content generation, customer support automation, competitor research, US-market FAQs, reporting, and productivity enhancement.
- Analyse conversion funnels with analytics and A/B testing, focusing on acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value, especially in new or expansion territories.
- Automate and personalize marketing emails, ads, and recommendations using AI-powered tools; ensure compliance with GDPR and regional requirements.
- Monitor and report on digital KPIs: online sales, US growth, campaign ROI, market share, brand awareness, retention, and customer sentiment.
- Stay ahead of global and USA ecommerce trends; proactively suggest new tactics leveraging AI, social media, and cross-border innovations.
- 2+ years in ecommerce performance marketing, with hands-on experience in USA or cross-border markets.
- Mastery of Google Shopping, Meta Ads, CRM/email automation, analytics, and multichannel retail (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).
- Demonstrated use of AI (ChatGPT or similar) for marketing copy, recommendations, customer interaction, and productivity.
- Ability to localize content and campaigns for US and global markets, understanding compliance, logistics, and consumer nuances.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional teamwork skills; commercial, analytical, and adaptable mindset.
