Job Title: Operations Manager - Food ManufacturingLocation: Co. WexfordFull-time, Permanent Position, Monday-Friday: Day Shift.Salary & Package is Negotiable, Depending on Experience.About the Company:Our client is a leading food manufacturing company in Wexford, producing a high-quality range of products for national and international markets. They are rapidly growing and looking to strengthen their senior leadership team.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all operations, including production, storage, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and support business growth.
  • Manage a multi-disciplinary team: Production Manager, Line Leaders, Stores Managers, Scheduling Manager, Buyer, Stock Manager, and Logistics Manager.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Oversee budgets, KPIs, health & safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in senior operations or operations management, preferably in food manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing change.
  • Excellent planning, budgeting, and performance management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
