Mechanical Design Engineer

• Serve as the primary contact for customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to craft precise design drawings and specifications for customer approval, manufacturing, and assembly.
• Define mechanical requirements to fulfill design goals effectively.
• Oversee projects from conception to commissioning, ensuring compliance with timelines and financial plans.
• Handle procurement of materials and components, fostering transparent communication with suppliers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including files, procedures, and drawings.
• Create intricate CAD assemblies and detailed specification drawings for internal tooling purposes.
• Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and design engineering units to bolster the supply chain.
• Regularly update and manage CAD drawings and technical documentation.
• Contribute to client presentations and project evaluations.
• Troubleshoot and manage pneumatic systems effectively.
• Take on supplementary tasks as assigned by the company.
• Draft and refine procedures and manuals as necessary.
• Uphold the ISO9001 quality system.
• Offer engineering assistance for initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Demonstrated track record in design.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor required.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is advantageous.
