Location: Dublin, LeinsterAre you an experienced Automation or Maintenance Technician looking for your next challenge in a regulated Pharmaceutical environment? This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, troubleshoot automation systems, and play a key part in ensuring production lines run safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.The RoleAs an Automation Technician, you will:Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair automation systems, including robotics, assembly machinery, label applicators, tooling, separators, and test equipment.Ensure automation lines achieve performance and output targets through data analysis and corrective action.Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on production efficiency, safety, and product quality.Carry out equipment modifications, engineering change requests, and preventive maintenance.Ensure compliance with machine safety standards and regulatory requirements.Work closely with engineering teams, shift leads, and production staff to minimise downtime and optimise performance.About YouQualification in a relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar).3+ years' experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharma, or food/FMCG.Strong knowledge of automation systems and machine safety.Experience with CMMS systems and PLC systems.Familiarity with quality systems (GMP, ISO, FDA QSR) is a strong advantage.What's on OfferA 12-month fixed-term contract in a global manufacturing organisation.Hands-on exposure to advanced automation and robotics in a regulated environment.Competitive salary, shift rate and benefits package.A supportive and collaborative workplace culture that values technical expertise.If you're a proactive Automation Technician ready to take ownership of automation performance and contribute to a high-performing production team, we'd love to hear from you.
