Hybrid: 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote | Flexible Working HoursWe are seeking an Architectural Technologist to join a growing architectural team delivering Irish public sector and large-scale projects across Ireland.This role is ideal for a technically strong Revit user who wants to deepen their expertise, take on greater responsibility over time, and progress within a supportive and collaborative environment, while benefiting from hybrid and flexible working arrangements.The Role
- Develop and update Revit models, drawings, and technical packages
- Support project delivery from design stage through to construction
- Assist in meeting Department of Education requirements (TGDs, room data, compliance)
- Coordinate architectural information with engineers and consultants
- Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, fire safety, accessibility, and planning conditions
- Participate in drawing reviews, QA processes, and document control
- Assist with RFIs, technical queries, and site coordination
- Contribute to sustainability objectives including energy efficiency and low-carbon design
- 3-5 years' experience in architectural practice
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
- Solid understanding of technical detailing and documentation
- Working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Experience on Irish public sector projects (DoE, OPW, Local Authorities)
- BCAR familiarity and compliance exposure
- Interest in NZEB, sustainability, and retrofit projects
- €85,000 - €90,000 salary
