
Junior Site Manager – Waterford

- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations on large housing projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure quality standards, timelines, and health & safety requirements are met.
- Support in preparing site reports, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist in managing materials, deliveries, and resources on site.
- Address on-site issues promptly and escalate to the Site Manager as required.
- Gain exposure to all aspects of project delivery from groundworks through to completion.
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years’ site management experience, ideally in residential construction or large housing schemes.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, health & safety regulations, and site operations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
