- Assist in managing daily on-site operations for housing developments
- Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and site logistics
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Monitor site progress and assist with reporting to senior management
- Support site documentation, progress meetings, and quality inspections
- Resolve on-site issues in a timely and professional manner
- Third-level qualification in Construction Management or related field (or trade background with relevant experience)
- 1–3 years’ site management experience on large housing schemes
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of health & safety and quality procedures
- Full Irish driver’s licence and local travel flexibility
- Irish/UK market experience highly advantageous
