• Join a well-established third-party logistics (3PL) operator based in Dublin.
• Focused on serving a niche market, providing tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.

• Lead sales strategy and execution to deliver revenue growth.
• Generate new business leads across target clients.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to raise the company's profile and generate inbound leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consultative and solutions-based sales approach.
• Work closely with operations teams to design tailored logistics solutions
• Report on sales performance, market insights, and competitor activity.

• 5 years in sales, business development, or commercial management within logistics, supply chain, or distribution.
• Experience in specialised logistics solutions advantageous, but not essential.
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage commercial relationships.
