• Manage IT vendors and procurement, negotiating service level agreements and ensuring compliance.
• Oversee IT security and disaster recovery initiatives.

• Proven IT management experience, strong infrastructure, network and applications support.
• Experience leveraging ERP systems using reporting tools for informed decision-making.
• Strong project management skills and experience with structured project management frameworks.
• Solid business process knowledge and experience using technology to enhance efficiency.
• Excellent vendor and relationship management skills.
• Deep understanding of IT systems, technology trends, and their business implications.
