- Maintain, strengthen, and embed the Wellbeing Standards and Assurance Framework globally, aligning with current and emerging regulations, industry best practices, and cultural nuances.
- Conduct wellbeing program evaluations and needs analyses, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to optimize program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory standards related to employee psychological health and safety, as well as contractual statements of work for wellbeing programming across assigned sites and outsourced partners.
- Serve as a trusted business partner by delivering evidence-based wellbeing strategies and/or recommendations to internal teams and external stakeholders, including outsourced partners.
- Develop and deliver clear, data-driven wellbeing presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent professional qualifications in mental health, psychology, behavioural science, or another relevant behavioural health field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting evidence-based wellbeing programs and initiatives in a corporate context.
- Strong understanding of key operational and wellbeing metrics, frameworks, and organizational structures.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and day-to-day challenges.Preferred Qualifications:
- Possesses a full, unrestricted mental health license to practice, or a regionally recognized equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of global and regional mental health regulations, Trust & Safety wellbeing standards and best practices, and related compliance measures.
- Solid working knowledge of trust and safety operations workflows and experience developing, evaluating and reporting behaviour change interventions in applied settings.
- Proven experience providing consultancy on complex topics to diverse stakeholders, with deep working knowledge of the outsourced business partnership model.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% is required for this role.
