- Translate complex business transformation agendas into comprehensive HR roadmaps, supporting organizations through scaling, downsizing, consolidations, and restructuring initiatives while ensuring strategic alignment across multiple regions.
- Translate business agendas and objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans while garnering support/ownership for that roadmap within the organization.
- Coach business leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.
- Design, monitor, and measure HR Metrics/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.
- Play a role in the design and execution of business restructures, and critical workforce planning initiatives and identify critical succession planning needs.
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; design fit-for-purpose goal-setting agendas including 360 performance evaluations, and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
- Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity & Inclusion throughout the organization including rolling out action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.
- Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, as an HR Generalist or Human Capital Consultant with demonstrated progression in responsibility and impact.
- 3+ years as an HR Business Partner, with proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives in complex organizational environments.
- Corporate experience in employee relations, performance management, leadership development, and general HR program/operations, preferably in technology, operations, or regulated industries.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite, HRIS systems, Workday, and other HR technology platforms with ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
- Proven track record of influencing without authority, working effectively with senior leaders, HR peers, and cross-functional partners in matrix organizations.Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience supporting Trust & Safety, content moderation, compliance, or operational teams in technology companies, with understanding of the unique challenges and high-pressure environment.
- Extensive experience managing HR programs across multiple geographies, with specific expertise in EMEA markets, including knowledge of local employment laws and cultural nuances.
- Successful track record of leading organizations through significant changes including scaling, restructuring, mass hiring, and strategic reductions with measurable positive outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Excel, Power BI) to extract insights, build compelling business cases, and drive data-informed strategic decision-making.
- Proven ability to design and implement people programs from the ground up, with entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to be both hands-on (operational) and strategic based on business needs.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders, including comfort with difficult conversations and candid feedback.
- Demonstrated high resilience and ability to thrive in constantly changing environments with competing priorities, tight deadlines, and ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to work effectively across cultures, with global mindset and appreciation for diverse working styles, communication preferences, and business practices.
